Sparring partnership
A monthly retainer for CEOs who want a regular thinking partner. We meet for two hours each month, and I remain available one-on-one between sessions when a decision or a situation calls for it.
INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE COACH
My work helps leaders understand what really drives their behaviour, so they can have the impact they intend. I also work with the managers and teams around them, and with the people who will lead next. In English, French or Italian, in person or by video.
COACHING
Every engagement is built around the leader or the team in front of me, starting with a first conversation.

For executives and C-suite leaders stepping into a bigger role, facing high-stakes decisions, or wanting more influence with their board, peers and teams.
For leadership teams that want to work better together. Built on Google's Project Aristotle: trust and psychological safety come first.
Development journeys designed with HR teams for managers and leaders at every level, sometimes over several years.
One or two days, as a one-off or once a month over several months, sometimes several years. Deciding in Complexity is one of them: each participant brings a decision on hold and leaves with their own criteria and a dated first step.
Assignments and missions with leadership teams abroad. Across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Coaching for neurodivergent executives, so the way their mind works becomes an asset rather than a source of friction.

SIGNATURE EXERCISE
One of the exercises my clients remember most. It takes a goal off the whiteboard and onto the floor, and in about twenty minutes shows a leader where their conviction really sits, and whether they are ready to carry their ambition in front of a board or a team.
It works one-on-one and with a whole team. It is easier to experience than to describe, and I'm happy to show it in a first meeting.

ABOUT
INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE COACH
Before coaching, I spent twenty years in business. I was Sales Director at Google, in charge of all luxury accounts, after The New York Times, Clear Channel and Bristol-Myers Squibb, and L'Oréal at the start of my career. I know the pressure, the politics and the pace my clients live in, because I lived them too.
I trained with Vincent Lenhardt at Transformance, the school that introduced executive coaching to France in 1988. This approach treats the leader, the team and the organisation as one system, and that is how I coach.
For around ten years, I have coached leaders and leadership teams in major organisations. For the past five years, I have also taught leadership and coached MBA students at CentraleSupélec.

FAQ
CEOs, C-suite leaders and executive committees, and also managers, teams and high potentials across the organisation. Often at a moment of transition, transformation or tension.
A coaching engagement is a minimum of ten sessions, each lasting one to four hours, with a possible assessment (DISC, Hogan, Process Com or MBTI) and debrief. CEOs can also choose a sparring partnership: two hours together each month.

In person, in France or abroad, or by video.
Each engagement is tailored, so we discuss fees after a first conversation.
We always start with a chemistry call of thirty minutes to an hour. We talk about your needs, what you want and what you expect. I give you a first piece of feedback, and you decide whether you want to work with me.
